They are trying to change the culture in a positive direction

Feels that there are quite a bit of hurtles/road blocks that make it challenging to be successful in the field
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I am split on this question as there are some coworkers on our team that I very much enjoy working with and others I do not. I think a main improvement would be communication and more team building. It very much feels like you're on a one man island at times.
