I have a had a mix bag of experiences at Hoshizaki. The favorable and unfavorable experiences have created opportunities for me to grow personally and professionally. The only negative I have is HR seems to memory hold individual bias from years ago without consideration of individual growth.

I believe the leadership team is doing a better job in making Hoshizaki an employee focused company. Our pay and benefits are much better than most companies in the area.

Laughter is a good sign you have a positive workplace culture. You can work hard and still laugh and enjoy your workday. I'm glad to hear a lot of laughter in my area of the building.

The strong sense of camaraderie and collaboration within the department. We work well together, openly share knowledge, and support one another in achieving our goals.
