Trying to be better at communication
taking care of too many other departments jobs
The payscale is skewed newer employees reaping better incentives
It used to be loyalty and family oriented but not anymore....
Tell the overall thought process are we custome centric to only New customers or all?
lunch and end of day, or days that aren't exploding due to no parts or machines ,,,,,,,
Because everone is worried about line workers and giving them the world but the rest if us get MORE FOR LESS PROGRAM........
$30,000 gap between Atl. area and PTC area not competitive at all and also why people keep leaving to make more $$$ less headaches....
Everyone taking care of Hourly employees but those in the office who kept company running still more for less program. (no way close to competitive pay scales)
Supply chain issues, parts issues, equipment quality. Maybe its time to build the best of what we sell the most of for a short period as the chain issue resolves
It used to be that it was family oriented, today all i can say is at least we are now #1 or # 2 depending on how you look at numbers...feel like we have and will continue to grow.
We work together well, can have disagreements but get past them and remain a team and work together, also have fun and able to laugh even when the amount of stress placed on us as every call is an issue/problem.
Well for those of us that worked through Pandemic do not seem to be getting the same recognition as those coming in NEW.....trying to get new people making great strides to catch them but those that worked the whole time are just more for less program.....
