No single part stands out, though as a "package," it is very comprehensive.

I believe the current Leadership truly cares about our employees quality of life.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think we should place a Cap on the Sales Bonus Program.

Positive forward thinking, on-going strategies to improve efficiency and willingness to try new ideas.

Diversification of Job responsibilities and they ability to utilize my experience to be an effective Project Manager.

Even through the challenges presented by COVID over the past two, there remains a very positive attitude and optimism.

New ideas, and a proactive approach at going to market. I appreciate that they've continued the expansion of our Product Lines.
What makes you most happy at work?
This is hard to judge as COVID and the prevailing Supply Chain issues have created a very stressful and challenging work environment.
