At Hunt Club, the leadership team allows us to fail forward and gives us support every day that we need to succeed. They are humble, inclusive, and transparent. I know that they always have our backs and are there to help find a solution to any problem.

The team at Hunt Club is great! We work as a team and no worker is above doing any task and this includes our leadership team and CEO.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our most popular slack channel is dedicated to celebrating each other's wins, it shows how much everyone supports one another and likes to see each other succeed!

We "win" as a team and we take "losses" as a team. We have a positive environment and this leads to positive people and people that work hard.
