Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just hired 4 people on my team and had tons of conversations with recruiters about the right compensation level for those roles as well as mine. I'm not underpaid enough to look elsewhere at this point but it would be nice to see some market increases across the company.

Stock options and higher bonus payout compared to other companies. Salary is aligned with peers.

I don't believe that the senior admin levels are paid competitively compared to our peer companies. Especially those that support Senior Level Mgmt

I have a team of hardworkers who come in every day to do their best. I enjoy building my team and developing them. I get the opportunity to do that because anytime I ask my supervisor for additional support, as long as I have a good reason, he will make sure I get it.
