The leadership team is very transparent about company performance and provides context to important company strategy decisions.

Individually they are high IQ + high EQ team who each places the god of the company over their own individual agendas. Collectively they are a good mix of talents and perspectives which gives me confidence that there is not a hive-mind governing decisions about the company priorities and future plan

What are some of the best things about your team?
Being a remote-first company forces people to bring a little bit more of themselves to work each day, making interactions more personal and pulling our teams together naturally.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our autonomy is pretty awesome.

It's a bit hard to say since I joined just as the pandemic started so I think a lot of cultural norms have been impacted but overall there are a set of values that are not just marketing material but really do seem to manifest almost every day. Feels organic and authentic.
