I've always felt like Jerry cares about me. I'm never just another employee, I'm a valuable team member whose opinions matter. It is very fast-paced so things can feel overwhelming at times, but there is always recognition and gratitude for the hard work I put in.

The fact that there is no unnecessary pressures. Jerry makes sure that all goals are properly laid out and understood, and if the goals aren't met or satisfactory, then the question of "How are you doing?" and "Are you okay?" come first. Jerry never questions you without understanding what's up.
