What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our compensation process is really transparent, I know what I need to do to earn a raise or a promotion and work towards those goals. Nothing comes as a surprise.

Everyone on my team is really driven - they don't need to be urged to work hard, and I can rely on them completely to do what they say they'll do.

Lever fosters a spirit of creative idea sharing among all of it's employees. We are encouraged to reach out and find opportunities to enhance our work, experience, and relationships among our co-workers, even those from other functional areas.

The company really tries to walk the walk, not just talk the talk, in terms of making everyone feel safe - which I think is reflected in the diversity of our staff. I'm not your 'typical' tech worker, but I joined Lever because I felt respected, and that's true all these years later!
