We are nimble as we can joke with each other but when a security issue happens we buckle down and work the issue.

Respect and saying I am appreciated all the time is not respect. Being appreciated for the job I do and being told that over and over again is just saying it to make the person saying feel better not the person they are saying it to.

Too many changes and expectations changing so rapidly. I am exhausted mentally most of the time. It also feels like certain departments are held to higher standards and expectations than others.

There is a high degree of turnover in sales which creates a negative perception of logically to both the clients and employees. I do believe the new initiative for employees outside of sales to reach out will be helpful.
