The pay is garbage, our benefits have been stripped pre-IPO and no equity is available to the frontline employees in the Hubs and XD locations (We are second class citizens)

I am a driver. The costs of working as a driver include fuel, maintenance, cleaning fees, insurance, and wear and tear. While a driver can make $30/hr during busy hours, the costs of performing services that a driver is responsible for make take home pay closer to minimum wage. Not fair IMHO.

Some of the best things about my team are there drive, motivation and commitment to each othe. There will be times at like 2/3am it seems like us drivers are only ones that are on the road. This is voluntarily and guaranteed to disturb your sleeping pattern. We just always make sure we aren't tired
