most everyone is working towards the same goals - learn better process, become more efficient, make more money and have fun while doing so

The fact that we have our own MANAGER for our position and not direct the directors, VP, RVP...etc it's the MAIN reason why people stay in the company because those managers care about our results, coach us, but also care about our feeling and therefore help us stay motivated in the company.

It really feels like we are all in it together. I have been involved in the hiring process, to make sure that the new people joining the team will be a fit. It is amazing to be given that sort of responsibility as a team member.
