Honestly, it's been a good experience overall. I've grown a lot in recruitment, and the team's been supportive with enough structure but still room to figure things out my own way. It gets busy and stressful sometimes, but the team culture and the satisfaction of actually filling roles well make it.

Honestly, nothing beats closing out a tough role or seeing a candidate I pushed for do well. Even a productive day with the team feels great. Little things count too, like a hiring manager telling me I did a solid job and having a team that actually supports each other keeps me going.
