Lot of activities and benefits were paused because we are consolidating process across regions within Newfold. There are certain programs which are very region specific which we should continue like the Titans - Rewarding for Loyalty basis no. of years spent in the organization

The benefits provided by Newfold in the US are C+ at best. There is nothing brag-worthy in the benefits we have. And for international employees, they're far below standard in the region for the type of staff we employ.

I have worked in sales for over 20 years and some of the structure for compensation i have never seen before. It is demotivating as a sales person with Bluebird (don't want to sell over a certain amount, different comp for different products (premium domains) but doesn't apply to your target
