What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. We're all equally committed to the companies success. We all give 150% and we're all okay with it. It's great to work in an environment and culture of integrity and accountability.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A lot of employees feel entitled and that they are superior, even outside of Nike. Nike is nice enough to let visitors in, etc. and some employees don't think that should be allowed, etc. They need to think of the surrounding communities, etc.

I knew what to expect every step of the way, from the first call with the recruiter to the final panel interview. Full disclosure and transparency around the process. It moved quickly.
