Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was given the same pay raise that everyone else got to do less work than I do. But I stayed at the same pay rate

We work hours that are unheard of with little to no help and upper management constantly saying it is not good enough. Have your managers clock in and out for a week and you will be astounded at the results.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone will Pitch in and help each other out if they need it

Some of them are hard workers and all pitch in where needed while managers are out smoking or gone from the building and no where to be found

It's a fun outgoing environment

The few employees we can keep are over worked and overwhelmed. By cutting labor, we have changed the culture in our restaurants
