What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognition to employees not considered 'operations'. Corp employees outside U.S are completely excluded from recognition, bonuses despite value add etc. It would be great if roles were understood to be graded correctly. LT can act on misconduct that proven-conflicts, nepotism.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are no bonuses or stock options available and the raises are very minimal. A performance based bonus would be nice.

I feel my grade is lower than what i expected when hired. This affects bonus and travel. Also first time in my career there has been no car allowance

I was asked to give 8% salary back in 2020, since I have received minimal pay increases, totaling approximately 11%. So since 2020 I have received 3% in pay increases while inflation has increased drastically since 2020.

Some are treated better than others. Privileged few get their families relocated, extremely highly paid, business class tickets based on their relationships. Others who add value, work completely independently don't even have the budget to travel coach or money to improve workflows.

What are some of the best things about your team?
It's a diverse group and they bring fresh energy to the projects we are working on where in the mid to longer term past there had been some complacency or absence of new ideas.

Its historical - employees from ITS were entitled, incompetent and most are related to each other creating a gang mentality, continuously using the Ethics Line to report colleagues they see as a threat

What makes you most happy at work?
Accomplishing, or at least progressing, the most urgent and current of the tasks I have laid out for myself to do in the near and medium term. Also, if I can help someone to learn and understand more about anything I may be particularly familiar with, I find that very satisfying.
