We get a healthy amount of communication from our leadership. I'm enjoying the fellowship and collaboration that naturally develops over time.

What I appreciate most is that they genuinely invest in our growth. Whether you're new or have been here for years, leadership strives to provide the support and resources for everyone to advance and succeed.

I don't understand the question. Leadership collectively? The Leadership I personally interact with? Unclear

I do not know the executive team much, but the direct supervisors I have are amazing. They take the time to really explain things.

More transparent. Seems to care more about .5 increase in revenue than hundreds if not thousands of jobs.

Communication has always been an issue. Once an entire job site department was laid off and there were still no answers to comfort or retain others, I think a lot of people lost trust in current leadership.

Valuing the work that operations employees do, it has been over a year of cuts of perks and benefits with only an increased workload to show for it. It is extremely difficult to be motivated for a workplace that continuously asks for more while offering less.

If there could be any kind of structure in place or boxes that need to be checked before big moves that completely change people's lives. I know this can be what's best for the company, but what about the employee's day to day lives that depend on leaderships knowledge.

Alignment of KPIs and how we measure success. Partnering with counterparts in Dev/QA can be a huge challenge. Ops is held accountable to strict deadlines and customer delivery whereas it seems Dev/QA can move dates constantly and not put the customer first. Concerned how their success is measured.

Merit increases based on performance! It gives me an opportunity to showcase all of my hard work year over year and really strive to be my best!

I'd have to say the time off. Three weeks PTO accrual right from the start feels so good.

The medical insurance. I am saving hundreds of dollars a month compared to the insurance I have had at previous jobs. This has really helped my well-being.

The benefits that are provider by our company are unmatched to the industry.

I believe that the work load is tremendous for NCS. I have watched my team come in early, on weekends, and skip lunches to tend to clients. Working with clients directly is stressful and depending on who your TSR is, you may or may not be doing more work than expected

More pay and a little more communication

In my short time I have been here I have already noticed a few specialists view associates as "lesser" when they or their clients are falling behind or late to due dates they want the tasks done NOW even though they don't understand we may already have tasks or even in my case a new hire.

The pay would be fantastic 5-6 years ago. However times have changed and raises are few and far between. In some departments. The TL's are simply there because they survived layoffs. In many cases its clear they are no longer the best fit for position, more fit candidates are stuck in their roles.

It feels like a majority of the hard work the is completed by people who are not the direct favorites/ clique of leadership are not as recognized or valued. No matter the work put in, it feels unseen and often disregarded. The level up process being frozen removes the ability to grow as well.

COBRA has a unique circumstance allowing interactions with our clients former employees. Some of our calls can be difficult or sensitive but our team is very empathetic, willing, and determined. I love seeing shout outs from clients and COBRA participants about our team!

Everyone has each other's best interest in mind. If one team member can help another out with job knowledge, they will.

The best thing about my team is how collaborative and supportive everyone is. No matter how busy we are, people always take the time to share knowledge, answer questions, and lift each other up. We truly work together toward the same goal

The variety of cultural and educational backgrounds is awesome. Coming from a university and health system work history, I really appreciate the continuation of that diversity.

how the culture balances high performance with genuine care for people. You're encouraged to innovate and execute with excellence, but you're never alone

I feel that my job is very rewarding. I love talking to participants, clients, internal employees, and helping them to the best of my abilities. Additionally, I love the challenges that come with my role. Finding a resolution to a problem given to me fills my cup!

My answer is mostly influenced by being new. I don't understand 70% of the things asked of me and training was not very helpful unfortunately. I will hopefully feel differently if and when I have a firmer grasp on my role but currently I am drowning and will be drowning for the foreseeable future

I am concerned I am going to randomly get fired without notice and there is nothing I can do about it.
Review from Operations Dept
There's a lack of attempting to retain institutional knowledge, whether it be through retaining employees who have the knowledge, or recording that knowledge in confluence. This makes it difficult for others to research or take over responsibilities when someone leaves.
Review from Operations Dept
There needs to be more communication and training on all matters. I see that not everything is just a "learning experience" When you don't have anyone to show you what you are learning. That is just being thrown in the water and hoping you can swim.
Review from Operations Dept
The company feels directionless at the moment - choosing to implement band-aid solutions rather than determining the root cause. I'm hoping moving into 2024 the focus will be on improving current state rather than continual innovation.
