What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency and empathy. Many final decisions are still left up to the 3 co-founders, creating bottlenecks and poor ownership.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company uses compensation bands and has since day 1, so you can always feel like comp is fair as long as you feel like you're leveled appropriately.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A more competitive compensation would be nice - Pilot needs to pay fairly for labor.

Everyone is incredibly talented and smart. However, the thing I appreciate the most is that my team (and other teams) care about you as an individual and not as a cog in the machine.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The company is full of cliques and if you're not in the in-crowd, you're not acknowledged. This goes especially for employees that started fully remotely - it's clear that everyone just wants to get back to the office and there is no support for remote.

Very diverse company with people from various backgrounds. Culture is mature.
