The fact that I know genuine thought went into my compensation decision, as with any decision we make here. The equity is quite a nice part of it as well, regardless the current stock price

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think more conversations regarding compensation would make me feel better. I've never negotiated compensation with Rapid7, but instead was just told what they would offer me. Giving some room for negotiation would at least make me feel heard.

The most positive part is the people that make up the company. Rapid7 employs great people plain and simple. My favorite part of my job has and always will be the people I work with.

The efficiently with which all the meetings were managed and how well informed I was. How engaged each of the interviewees were; they were genuinely interested and the conversations were friendly while still providing or pulling all the required information

I liked the fact that my recruiter was with me every step along the process. I also like that I got to speak with so many people within the leadership ranks to get a true feel for how the company runs and what goes into decision making. It had a very personal feel.
