Goal alignment and saying "no" more often. Not saying no impacts teams that do not directly align with "big bets" forcing them to operate and grow with little to no support leaving them to their own means/devices to deliver. This often leads to burnout and dissatisfaction among these teams.

I know I am being under paid and the medial benefits do not match other to what I have received at other companies. I am paying more at the doctor office then I have ever paid.

Regardless of commissions the base rate should be enough to survive on and at just over CA state minimum wage that is not the case. One can literally go flip burgers at McDonalds for $15-$20/hr.

benefits seem so low compared to other companies. PTO, perks, base salary are better at almost every single company reaching out to me on LinkedIn. Pay people fairly and stop giving excuses like "we're evaluating the situation" for months on end

Targets are set extremely high and misalignment with the company's big bets makes support and expected growth difficult to come by and meet. In conjunction with the above, there seems to be no effort by leadership to say "no" and/or accept "no" as an answer when prioritizing.
