Mercy Hospital: Lack of staffing increases problems. The administration does not communicate with hospital employees. It cuts the budget but does not discuss it with the departments, which hurts.
Mercy Hospital: Initiate direct communication with hospital employees. If hospital departments are measured on productivity, then administration must share their productivity objectively. Non-clinical administration should not outnumber clinical administration.

I am currently on disability, but I have worked for the competitors everything from the retail commercial and inside/outside Sales. I work at a hub store in a second city and we have a strong store manager also
Advance Auto Parts: They have knowledgeable sales people and good hard parts that do not break down as opposed to AutoZone. They have kept the Carquest brand which was a smart move because that's what they're known for. I've always been greeted and always left satisfied
