Foundever: I started working in Foundever as soon as I passed out of college after finishing my Bachelor Degree. I was nervous that I will not be able to adjust to the corporate culture. Foundever made the transition from student to employee feel very smooth and comfortable. I am extremely satisfied.

OhioHealth: I have found they need to look at their system. They have many jobs that could be consolidated. They also need to increase the pay and benefits to their employees. All their employees including environmental services, maintenance and clerical that are not executive assistants

Aimbridge Hospitality: I am having a great experience overall with AC Hotel. I am learning lots and as long as I put in the effort, there is always a way to improve and get promoted. The management team is also happy to help and teach new things.
GE Vernova: I have been with GE for 15 years. If it were up to me, I would remain at GE Vernova forever! I have worked for many other large international companies such as IBM and P&G but nothing can and ever will compare to GEV.

Aimbridge Hospitality: Aimbridge needs better benefits. A big reason why I stay is because I need healthcare. The trainings are mediocre at best. One of the HR managers is not engaged and just shows a powerpoint slide and makes us read it silently. I've never been to weekly manager meetings that serve alcohol either.
Aimbridge Hospitality: I like working for Aimbridge, I think benefits and pay are fair and culture is pretty good.

Aimbridge Hospitality: I have been with Aimbridge for almost 4 years now. In the past, I would jump job to job every 2 years or so because of wanting new challenges. However, there is always something new and exciting in my role and I love that recently I have been given the opportunity to task force at other properties!

The GEO Group: Overall I am disappointed in GEO.
Aimbridge Hospitality: It has been good for the most part, but slightly rocky for when a hotel does get sold depending on position it can dissolve leaving unpracticable outcomes.

GE Vernova: My overall experience has been much better than my last job but the expectation of loyalty should go both ways. If the required work goes up, so should the actual compensation.

Kohl's: No leadership vision at the top. Keep cutting store resources. Expect them to do more with less everyday. It's not an expense problem. It's a revenue problem.
Aimbridge Hospitality: There have been a lot of positives upon being hired, but overall I would say I've had a very negative experience. The environment is very tense feels hypocritical and is very negative throughout. While feedback good or bad can be very useful too much negative can greatly bring down a teams morale.

Builders FirstSource: I have been here for 20 years, as BMC and then after the buyout. It has had its ups and downs. Mainly direct management issues. I had 1 dirt bag not pay us our bonus's because he was trying to skew the numbers so he would get paid more. But I would say that the last 12 years it has been good.
Transamerica: Great policies and options with considerable focus on needs.

State Farm Insurance: I love my boss and the agency I work for. However the system is far and away the least efficient system I have ever worked with. Countless hours and frustration amongst clientele and agents is an everyday occurrence. State Farm loses millions of dollars and frustrated staff consistently due to this.

Dennys: We receive very good/excellent service from our waitress, Rosalind S. She is very attentive and always makes sure that our orders are hot and complete. Always remembers to return to the table to ensure all is well and always has a smile.
Builders FirstSource: Having been with the company for just over 20 years I have had the opportunity to work with some great and some not so great people. The not so great ones always seemed to have everyone fooled. I am glad there have been more of the Great than the not so great.

Builders FirstSource: It has been a learning experience in some of the best ways within my educational goals. There are parts of it that are difficult due to needing information from other areas that don't operate within the same timeframes.
Concentrix: Just a daily grind, occasionally have fun moments but overally very mundane. Little interaction. I do like that we're not micromanaged. We're assigned a task or tasks and trusted to get them done, which is probably the best part of the whole experience.

Concentrix: The answer suggestions in this form dont seem to be adapted to european countries. Either 20 to 30 days of or unlimited ? I am sorry but in many european countries, we get more than 30 days, but we dont have unlimited holidays neither The hours we work/day, 7h or less: 7h per day is my contract ..
TP: It's very exciting and there's a lot of door to open
Concentrix: It's been a whirlwind of meeting new people, finding new experiences, and learning how things work in a fast paced, large company. I have met so many interesting people and learnt a lot about the area I work in.
Food lion: I'm not saying all, but a few of them bring joy and a lot of them can hold a conversation which in my opinion is key to moving throughout the day
The Home Depot: My immediate manager is the best, friendly people, hours of operations and different timings are outstanding as well.

Target: Run (micromanaged) by far too many people who have no idea how anything should flow (D.C.). Will mot listen to tem members in how to do things efficiently which in turn brings more productivity. Always pushing for more and just recently "rewarded" for all our hard work with a cut in pay.
Dell Technologies: Senior leadership are not ashamed to point out their riches. They force everyone back into the office but get on video calls from home. VP recently bragged about getting her dead beat son a job.
UPS: Management keeps losing benefits, compensation etc. Stocks have tanked.
iHeartMedia: Visionary leadership for a industry in transition.
Applebee's: Training the staff and cooks
Starbucks: Medical insurance and accured vacation and pto.
HealthPartners: The public story bears no comparison to the private reality
Highmark Health: They have a great mission, but struggle to execute against it.
LyondellBasell Industries: It's a great team. We all draw off of each other.
Sunglass Hut: I love my worker :) there is always something new to look forward.

Braum's: Im 15 years old and I have been working at braums for a little over a year now. My managers always make me do something last minute which is a waste of my parents time. When I turn 16, it won't be a problem
Michelin: work life balance and people development are both excellent, but working experience on making things happen is not the same exciting
