Micro Center: Overall it is good. The pay and benefits are better than pretty much any comparable retail situation, and I like what I do even if its not as fun as it was when I started. However, especially with prices now, it seems like its either feast or famine, which can be very demotivating over and over
Micro Center: great people to be around customers can be annoying and unless your a actively making the company money the managers not in your department do not seem to respond unless there is a supposed number showing that you are doing a specific metric
Micro Center: I have been here for 3 years and there are normal ups and downs like with any job but I have consistenty done better and better. Also influencing those around me to do better which helps with the environment when working.
Valvoline: Respect, patience and not being mean to new people. Showing me the way to properly do my job, different cars need different training. Instead of blaming the new people show them how to work on cars and have them do it.
Quality Inn & Suites: Customer service including but not limited to the level of care addressing any concerns, showing understanding and empathizing when there's an issue to address, using active listening skills, and just overall being friendly and persistent about providing exceptional care
ContactPoint360: I can say my overall experience will be somewhat good for now. there are a lot of things that need to be changed or improved, especially in the finance team, they should be doing scrubbing every day or every two days, there are employees that have a dispute that have not been resolved, or not credit
Extra Space Storage: Clean areas and working doors that allow moving of items in and out of the location.

Micro Center: The first seven years were probably described as a little chaotic due to leadership issues. The last two years have been the best given the team we now have.

DriveTime | Bridgecrest | SilverRock: Its great to be back, what we once sat arounds tables trying to problem solve now come to life. My previous experience with Cars Yes to Ugly Duckling then Drive Time was amazing and so forward thinking. Joining again and seeing what it has become is gratifying.
Micro Center: I enjoyed working here when I didn't have the stress of being able to afford groceries. If other companies can pay more, there is no reason we can't either. I'm sure it would lead to a huge spirit increase and more productive days.
