Snap Finance: The first 2-3 years here were rough. I was extremely over-worked. I worked until midnight or 2am most days. It has gotten better the past couple of years and work/life balance has improved. I enjoy working from home and I like the unlimited PTO. I think our insurance benefits could be improved.

Barracuda Networks: When I first started working, it was a great experience. Then, we started hemorrhaging knowledge because we don't pay enough, and the high quality we promised has decayed due to the lack of knowledge and pretending we can make do with what we have left.
Barracuda Networks: The work we do is important. But there lacks a clear strategy and direction within the department to move forward. Substandard behavior is incentivized with outdated operations procedures. Resistance to change in this are has been frustrating.

Barracuda Networks: People who want to see us succeed and work together rowing against a current of mediocre products at above-market prices. Results could be improved with more product innovation and market-appropriate pricing. Brand needs a big refresh. Acquisitions would help as well.
