What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Where do I begin! I've worked at three companies before joining Smartsheet, and this is by far the best culture I've experienced. Everyone here is passionate, invested in the same vision, and incredibly smart, thoughtful, kind, and hardworking.
What makes you most happy at work?
Finally being invested into a company that I really care about. I am bought into it even at the stock level as part of the ESPP. There are so many things on the roadmap from the new Product design, AI, and more that I am looking forward to. Also my team and my managers are fantastic.
