SpotOn: Product does not work at the mist critical moments of our business a we cannot work around the repeated failures of thr produxt. And customer support appears non-existant and has zero capability of resolving tht most critical issues which relate to the overall stability of their product.
Sonic.net: Horrible general manager. Shouts at minors when its unecessary. Threatens to fire employees, but doesn't proceed to do so because she "needs" them. Takes a lot of smoke breaks whenever she's in a bad mood or whenever she feels like it.

Interim HealthCare: Pay was incorrect. Enployees are expected to be reliable and in exchange pay should be correct. Twice Interim provided incorrect pay. Clinical manager also lied about pay rate. Terrible company, avoid.

Upstox: Overall, company is good and growing at a staggering pace but since I'm from the talent acquisition team so I need the interview process to be expedited across all verticals and positions. The company has lost many candidates due to this and once this is addressed we will see 4x growth.

Persado: This is the first company I've been in where I feel like I have a good work/life balance. I don't stress over working overtime!
InfluxData: I came to InfluxData from a very poorly run company, so in some sense everything here is a breath of fresh air. But the longer I'm here I realize that the way we do things isn't typical, which makes me appreciate it here even more. I like being constantly pushed and challenged to do more, better.
