What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team has 100 key initiatives. The priorities change daily and the messaging/communication is often convoluted. They launch initiatives without the proper infrastructure/team in place. They have unrealistic expectations and disregard team input. The reporting structure is non existent.

Having equity in the organization.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The men are paid considerably more. The leadership team doesn't have transparency regarding salary ranges for different levels/titles. They aren't clear about the bonus payout or yearly raises.

Everyone is very intelligent. They bring diverse skill sets and talents to the company. The team is inclusive and welcoming.

My team members are down-to-earth and funny. They have a work hard, play hard mentality.

Freedom to work in a productive environment of one's own choosing. When I need to, I can work from home and be more productive. When I need to, I can take time off to recharge my batteries or attend events. Ultimately, these aspects make me more motivated to perform at my best.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Improve professionalism, working conditions, communication across all levels and increase training for managers. Leadership needs to have realistic expectations for employee workloads and recognize that it is a toxic work environment for female employees.
