
In Ringcentral I do feel the motivation, partly because of the compensation and incentives but also to the environment that we have
They do a work life balance activities
They get the employees updated and feel proud to the accomplishments as a whole organization
We always strive to get our personal target but every team always got each others back
I think i when I could resolved customers concern and makes them feel satisfied and valued
I feel most hapy when I hear acknolwedgement from our customer that I did a good job in resolving their concern
The best thing is that our Team really works as one, coworkers and managers are willing to help each one of us so we could achieve our goals
The best part was the MBO and additional incentives, it makes me feel that the Leadership Team really acknowledges the the work and effort I put to achieved my goals.
I think the best part is the incentive, aside on the MBO we have additional spiff which really drives you to be more competitive to excel and reach your team and personal goal
Leadership team really cares and value their employees which they shown by directly addressing employees' concern on monthly employee matters meeting and the fact that they dont force us to return to office ifwe felt unsecured. That too awesome!
I think the best thing we have on our team is the collaboration of course we have to strive to achieve our personal target but we also have our team meeting twice in a week to cover additional concern with the lead of our Managers
