The company provided everything that the employee needs either while working from home or at the office. Hopefully, the company will permanently implement the hybrid setup for their employees, we feel that we are more productive while working from home and performing better as seen on our ratings.

Support each other for any task and immediately address any issues may encounter.

The work-life balance. I hope they do not mandate the employees to go the work twice a week.

aside from the basic pay, the bonuses such as PATI and the allowances provided by the company help us to motivate to do better on our job.
