What makes you most happy at work?
Working from home makes everything flexible for me. I can schedule meetings comfortably with my customers and I can guarantee them full coverage if necessary.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
RingCentral understands the value of my experience and has reciprocated that with the same value in compensation. Some companies would rather tell you that your compensation value is in the industry-standard without understanding what the industry standards are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership recognizes that each individual has their own goals and their own pace to achieve that goal. They are on point in pushing the right people who want to fast-track their achievements, while carefully guiding those that are still on the fence on the track they want to follow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Being the best company starts from Management and Leadership, you can hype the name all you want, but if the customer-facing people are not happy with how they are being managed, then all is for naught. This is what I love about RingCentral leadership, they value the people that matter most.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We don't go by "we are a family", we go by "we are a pack of wolves", understanding that there is an alpha that will lead and guide and there are roles to be fulfilled by everyone, all while working towards a common goal, and that is to succeed as a team of individuals.
