Most folks in my team and expended teams are very professional and sincere.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They keep making the efforts to grow the company and keep the employees informed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't experience the culture and environment working from home. I would like to see in-person team building activities and team celebrations.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel happy when I meet my goals on schedule or early and when I provide all my deliverables on or before deadlines, and as a result, my efforts are recognized and rewarded.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am very underpaid compared to market salaries for the same level. I don't receive any perks. There are no team lunches or team building activities. The health benefits are also not good and hence I did not sign up for them last year.
