Great work-life balance, Good pay but need to improve more with benefits to be competitive alongside other BPO/Global companies in the PH.

I like they still implemented CaRing day, somehow a mandatory PTO for everyone. Hope this program remains even in the coming years.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
MBO, but Management should improve more on the benefits (e.g., Sick leave days for PH employees are behind other global companies, retirement benefits, etc.)
