What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive would be the attention and effort the C-Levels provide to all employees through All Hands Meeting etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a Sr Manager and have been with RingCentral for almost 12 years. I'm with the Partner Sales division and I feel like my total compensation package is somehow below what UCAAS players offer to the managerial positions here in the Philippines.
