MY basic rate and MBO provided quarterly. Could be better if we have a retirement plan though :)

Our employee engagement and management are thriving to have a work-life balance and they're doing great. Lot's of "clubs" and groups that you can join; webinars, presentations and events online
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to learn a lot of things each day. RingCentral have massive features and updates quartely and you got to try new and learn new things everyday. I am happy with my coworkers and what RC has for us in the future.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Interacting yes but can we stay WFH forever? Anyhow, we have a team bridge through RCV whole day during workday so we have a good relationship. Even though the team never really met it person yet due to pandemic, it's nice to talk to them everyday not just about work but all sort
