What is the best part about your compensation package?
annual basic pay increases, among many others... I wish for the 14th month pay will re-live. And/or tenureship package. Thank you. GOD BLESS.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A lot of rooms to improve once chosen career. Caring and sharing. Happy and Challenging in positive ways. For me, "never a dull moment in RingCentral" I always say to coworkers if I am asked, "Do the RingCentral way.."
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Well, so far, from my 10 years with the company, the RingCentral leaders are always geared to consistently tend to both customer care and they give value & care to the employees, as well. They can also adapt to any changes, globally. Congratulations. Keep it up. Thank you to everyone. GOD BLESS
