Things have been mostly good. My feedback to make the employee experience better is to have more communication shared from the top down. There have been a lot of changes occurring and I feel like everyone feels lost in the direction of the business and our go-forward strategy.

The culture and how friendly everyone is. Being remote it is harder to connect and my team does a great job staying in touch with each other. Also they are extremely helpful!
