The best part of my work is the work life balance which I have experienced no where else. There is lot of things to work on and at the same time there is no crazy pressure to work outside the work hours or sacrifice personal time.

I love the work life balance. I would hope to get better prospects for career growth. Also stock devaluation should be compensated with additional stocks or something.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The stock prices have gone so low but I see no compensation being provided for the same. I feel very very undervalued.

I love how everyone in my team is happy to jump and help out to each other. Makes the team stronger day by day.
