Overall, working for RingCentral was great. There's so much more to learn, however I simply feel detach from my current team. We only have team huddle once a month I think, which is different from where I came from. Working here is challenging but I still couldn't find it fun. Hope this changes soon

I don't know yet, can't think of anything.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team mates are great, they are the only reason why I'm still here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team mates to be specific was great overall. Everyone was willing to help one another to become a better person everyday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was under the impression that I would get 30k monthly income excluding the incentives. Misleading Job Offer, and I just took the opportunity and see where this goes.
