What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happy that my work isn't monotonous and there are always something new to learn. The challenges and the fast-paced environment excites me!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very supportive and is willing to guide you when needed. I appreciate how they are not micromanaging and is giving me the autonomy on how things could be better done, so long as the deliverables have been accomplished.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The MBO is a great boost on top of my base pay, which is one of the things that motivates me to strive (aside from emotional support). I also look forward for annual increases and what not, moving forward. Thank you!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are a bunch of positive thinkers that will make you feel motivated to work. They are very expressive, supportive, and mature, which is something that I'm glad as they are good influences to me. They inspire me to do better everyday!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People around you will lift up your spirits and will ensure that even newbies won't get left behind. The company has a lot of engaging activities and I appreciate the packages I'm receiving, making me feel that the company cares for our well-being, beyond work.
