Wins are celebrated. Deals matter. Everyone is aligned around the goal of selling

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team has been willing to help me one on one with questions. I appreciate that a lot.

What makes you most happy at work?

I enjoy interacting with customers - learning about them, helping them with problems, proposing solutions. When I'm on a call with a customer, I'm happy.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I appreciate the open communication. The strategy is good - partnering seems like the way to go. The Mitel partnership is great. Everyone seems motivated to make deals happen.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I still don't have a quota, so it's hard to know how to feel about the variable portion. I'm not sure what my goals are. There seems to be good runway to achieve above and beyond quota, but that seems unusual for a first year. I appreciated the full comp for the first month.
