I believe that RingCentral provides work-life balance but we are currently shorthanded in our team right now (GSD) please help us.

What makes you most happy at work?
To be honest I'm not happy with my job because of work but I am happy that I am being part of RingCentral because of Incentives and being paid fairly thank you for that opportunity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leader was great but we really need to have an extra person in our department. We are only 4 people every Monday and 3 people every Tuesday to Friday providing ticket support, on queue, managing to answer to a user via glip, and have SME task but we support thousand users.
