
Well at this point I'm not seeing any argument between us yet there are divisions in our team.
I love the GC in the glip where I see they acknowledge people who celebrating their anniversaries and birthdays and they have a lot of games. Yet the incentives itself for each agent is kinda low while the stats to achieve is high.
From the beginning until now, I don't feel their "SENSE OF URGENCY" wherein I observe that they do action after the issue came out rather than initiating avoidance before an issue arises. Lastly, I don't see any improvement on the feedback that I have provided that's for Nesters and devbay.
My pay is lower than I've been receiving from my previous job where my task is lighter unlike here where I've converted into Hybrid without additional to may pay that is against what they have said during the orientation that ringCentral will give extra pay when they added you extra job.
First, I hope the management is making way to improve the support site where in most of the cases are not there and most of the articles available are incomplete or not updated. Then, it would be better if they will let us, TechSupport to pitch at least Sale to add incentives that we can receive.
