That they believe in the product but also realize the employees have to be invested whole heartedly whatever their role may be.
That people reach out on their own to check in on me. Not just my manager but others on my direct team and some not.
I know the culture is a focus at the company and value this so really don't have to worry about what will happen because we hire the right people that embrace our strong culture. Something my previous company would overlook in the sales dept.
