The best part of it is you were not getting the amount shown on the document. You were paid more than what you expect depends on your performance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Aside from the compensation, I am also happy with my team even sometimes we were struggling with our leads. We still keep our relationship positive throughout the day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I haven't experience the environment in the company coz I started working at home but when it comes to interacting via RC App I don't feel that I am outcast on the team coz they are very friendly
