Everyone is so helpful and constructive. No one seems afraid to provide or receive feedback and it always comes across as earnest desire to improve the team and the product.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really seem to genuinely care about the wellbeing of employees. The company's response to the war in Ukraine has really made that apparent to me - the level of assistance the company is providing to help employees in Ukraine and Russia to get somewhere safe on top of all the donations.
