Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It feels as if my manager doesn't trust me to do my job, he is consistently micromanaging the team. It does not matter how many calls I take or cases I close out, he is never satisfied and is always checking up on everything with a negative tone.
