Leadership, not just my manager, are all very personable and constructive. They show genuine interest during every interaction and offer insight, while also holding and sharing realistic expectations. Expectations are also clearly set for larger, more demanding deliverables and projects.
Many things I work the majority of my days alone, outside of meetings, but I still interact with peers, leadership and outside vendors. The freedom is amazing. I see that as an important aspect of culture. Trusting your employees to manage their own time and maintain their own work-life balance.
