Good extracurriculars webcasts/calls suhc as the ones with taskhuman's coaches or black history month. People seem to be welcoming
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is unfair. The stock price keeps dropping and the pay is locked in at a price that is more than twice the stock price right now. Granted that the RSUs are unvested but no one seems to acknowledge or at least provide consolation for the potential loss of value here.
