I think, it would be how the management care about the employees as humans and not as mere workers.

I liked how the Leadership team cascade information and details to the rest of the company. This gives us a good sense of how we are performing as a company

As we are working remotely for almost 2 years now, I loved how everyone stepped up and made sure that the quality of our work do not suffer or take a dip
What makes you most happy at work?
The challenges that my work presents - how I can always learn something from them, and the people in my team - they are supportive and really care about my development
